Policies.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time to your appointment, preferably no more than ten minutes early. If you arrive late to an appointment, it will reduce your service time. If you are 10 minutes late, there will be a $10 fee. After that it will be +$1/min. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, your appointment will be considered a no-show (see below). If you are running late, please text me.
Please do NOT bring any additional guests or children to your appointment.
NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Non-refundable deposit can be put toward ONE rescheduled appointment. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. No-call, no-show will be charged 80% of scheduled cost. These will either be charged on your card on file or invoiced to you and will be payable within 2 days. If invoice is not paid, you will not be able to rebook with me until it is paid in full.
DEPOSIT POLICY
All services require a non-refundable 40% holding deposit that goes toward the scheduled service. The deposit can be used for one reschedule. After one rescheduled appointment, a new deposit will be required.
FACIAL & WAX CONTRAINDICATIONS
Contraindications that prevent a facial treatment: COVID-19, active cold sores, active herpes outbreak, sunburnt skin, bacterial infections such as impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis (pink eye). Open sores, bleeding, broken facial bone, facial cancer, head lice, fever, currently on an Accutane prescription. Please do not hesitate to text me with any questions.
LASH EXTENSIONS
Please come to your appointment with no makeup or mascara on your eyes. There will be a $10 charge if I have to to remove eye makeup.
Lash Aftercare bags are available for purchase for $15. Aftercare bags include a lash shampoo, a lash brush, a spoolie, and an aftercare card. Lash shampoos are recommended to better the health and retention of your lash extensions by removing any makeup, dirt, oil & debris.
OTHER ARTIST'S WORK (LASH EXTENSIONS)
If you currently have lash extensions from another lash artist, it's possible that they may need to be removed and re-applied by me. If you are coming in for a fill from another tech, you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price, but this will be discussed with you prior to any service being performed. If I am able to fill over another artists work, there will be a $15 charge added to your fill.
FILLS FOR LASH EXTENSIONS
When coming in for a lash extension fill, you must have at least 40% of lashes still on. Anything less will be considered a full set. Fills are recommended every 2 weeks.
REFUND POLICY
You are paying for my time, products and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for services, but if you have an issue that is caused by me and you notify me within 72 hours, I will fix it free of charge. Any concerns addressed after the 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you fail to follow the proper aftercare instructions, you will be charged at full price for the service. Products can be returned within 72 hours of purchase with seal. Products cannot be returned if seal on package is broken.
AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Certain circumstances may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute service appointment that is outside of my normal business hours. After-hours appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional $35 fee. Please contact me through instagram, facebook, email or text to schedule this service.
